Team Voranc

Today we competed at the 2016 National Championships in A1 program. First of all, we're all really happy, that we made it that far and finished this competition season. We made two new routines and stepped into a new program. Girls and coaches are satisfied with today's performances.  Picture 1: Mia and Zala after our performance Picture 2: girls at doing make-up and hairstyles For this special event we decided to have a special and different hairstyles, not because we don't like normal buns of course , b ut becaus e w e wanted to try something new and we're pleased with how these dutch braids braided into a bun turned out. The competition started at 10 am, but we came 2 hours early and prepared ourselves. Our category juniors/seniors started at 11:15 and first we watched our coaches, who competed with balls and finished on 3rd place.  In our category competed 6 groups with free routines. After competing in Saturday, we're preparing our free routine for the next competition. Today we saw the results from National Championship and there was a mistake at awarding ceremony, because according to our result 13.800, we should be on the second place, not on the third. We're really happy to hear that, because we reached our goal and came that high with AGG routine for the first time in Senior category. Once again thanks to everyone for supporting us! Big thanks to our coaches, who also choreographed our routines and was pushing us to the perfection.   Team Voranc with coaches Anja and Hana  Yesterday on May 14 we competed at the 2016 National Championship in rhythmic and aesthetic group gymnastics, C program. Both teams finished it successfully and we only have one competition left, Nationals in A1 program next weekend.  Control practice on the carpet and warming up When the junior category started, junior group with balls performed their routine, it was great, with only few mistakes. Two routines after them competed junior group with hoops, which qualifyed to the final yesterday and they finished on 3rd place.  Opening ceremony At around 12:15 started aesthetic gymnastics program. After two categories, we competed in senior category as a first routine. It was also great and our fighting was rewarded with another 3rd place. Yesterday we practiced our aesthetic group gymnastics routine really hard and made some changes for the next competition past one week. Here are some pictures from training. We're almost fully prepared for National Championship on May 14, where senior group qualified with agg and junior group with hoops.
