Team Voranc

Last weekend our girls had an education about new AGG rules, which was organized by our club. They very enjoyed and will come back to the gym with lots of new things. At 9 o'clock started an lecture about communication with coaches and girls on training. After a break, we had an choreography class with special guest, professional dancer from Bulgaria. We learned some new steps and maybe they'll find their place in some of our routines. After lunch we had lecture about new Aesthetic gymnastics rules. At the end we had an hour of practice with chosen apparatus - rope and ball. We learned some exercises for strenght and warm-up.  It was a great time and hope to have another education soon! We have already written about new season, but there is a lot things to do and we have new pictures from last trainings. This week was so exhausted for us and will also be, because we praticed almost every day, tomorrow and in Sunday and that's not usual for us. We are looking forward to the upcoming education about new rules in Aesthetic Group Gymnastics program, so we could finally start to change our Aesthetic routine. When we'll figure out new things, we'll prepare this routine - if you remember our famous Beneath Your Beautiful by Labrinth and Emeli Sande. Today we was with our coach a judge, who showed us some details at making a new free routine. We're almost over with the editing, but we still have to change some parts. It was more a training just for routines, because we didn't spend much time on Warm up, Ballet, Acrobatics and Choreography.
