March brought us a lot of new experiences. One of these happened last weekend. A few months ago, we were thinking: Why not try something new and take part in an international competition? And by chance we encountered the first version of international tournament Dream TiM Cup, which took place in Ljubljana from 16-18 March. We were so happy that we actually found a competition that has a senior category of groups in B program. That's why we applied for it. We came to the hall late in the morning, at 10 o'clock. We immediately fell in love with the hall, which was beautifully prepared and gave us a good first impression. While we were doing our hairstyles and makeup, we enjoyed the performances of girls and pre-juniors in individual exercises. Then we went to the training area and did our usual training, including warm-up, stretching and practicing our balances. Last weekend we opened our competition season in the A1 program. Senior group presented their new free routine for the first time.  The longest competition of our life started at 15:45. We arrived in the hall at the early hours of 13.00 and prepared our new look. This year's makeup for A1 program competitions is in red with matching red lipstick, which matches our leotards. For the hairstyles we chose buns, because they represent determination and self-confidence. The peak of the day was, of course, our exercise without the apparatus, which we first presented to the public. We were very pleased with this, and we expected a better ranking than it was at the end. Despite the strenuous last month of preparing and completing the program, we managed to show a clean exercise full of energy.  In our category competed 12 teams. Here it is! The 2018 season was officially opened today! Senior group competed with apparatus today at the first competition in 2018 - Slovenian Cup. The competition was short, with only two categories - groups with hoops and groups with other apparatus. We arrived two hours before the start and as usually, did our make-up and hair-styles. We were practicing ball routine for the last two weeks all the time, so we were well prepared for this competition.  We managed to perform two very good routines, above our expectations, so we have proven that we are able to show it the way we have to. It was an a second chance competition, because if you failed the first routine, you had a chance to make the other one better and only the best result counted. The first routine was good with few bigger drops, but no disaster. The elements were well executed and the choreography was clean.
