Highlights from February

This month we were working hard, because of the upcoming competitions and now we're prepared to compete. We chose some highlights from trainings and preparations :) Our gym was renovated and now the girls are training in better conditions.

15th Friendship Tournament

Today was the last competition for our girls. They finished the season at 15th Friendship Tournament in Ljubljana organised by KRG Šiška.  Our triplet - Teja, Zala and Teja competed with their ball routine and placed 2nd in senior category with score 6,500 ! Bravo girls!

Performance at PDK

Last month we received an invitation to perform as special guests at the opening of the final of National Climbing Championships. Of course, we agreed to go, because we took it as a great chance to practice in front of the audience. So ''Climbing days of Kranj'' or in Slovenian Plezalni dnevi Kranja (PDK) were held this weekend in Kranj, located 30 minutes away from our capital Ljubljana. We first wanted to perform with AGG routine but it's not yet completely finished and ready for the show, so we chose Ball group routine and pair Saura with Balls. Unfortunately, we had to change the group exercise to a smaller number of people due to illness, but everything went really well. We left Ljubljana at 4 o'clock with two cars. We are happy that one of us has already gotten a driver's license, so we can drive together to performances and competitions. Regionals 2017

Unlike previous posts , who talked only about preparations and trainings, today we will speak about the first competition of the season . Finally, a long- awaited racing weekend came here, which was made up of two different competitions. On S atur day, 8th April was held the Regional Championship 2017 in C Program, organized by our club. We were nervous because of the new agg routine and how our execution in rg will end this year. We arrived at 11:00 to the gym, because we had to prepare for our first performance. The competition for our cate gories started at 14:30, so we had plenty of time to do our make-up and hairst yles. In the morning progr amme for girls and pre-juniors we had two p erfor mances. First pair Saura performe d their new ball routine for A1 program and then seniors performed their Golden Boy free routine for A1 program.
