Autumn preparations in full swing

Okay so first let me talk about the weirdest and also the greatest thing on this blogger. Since we posted our last blog, this site has reached over 7,000 views and also the last post was seen by over 400 people. That's a lot! When I began creating this blogger, I first thought it would be only for our team and nobody else, but then the number of viewers has increased and here we go. We're not a special team or something that people would be interested in, but still we have some supporters :D A quote that would perfectly describe our team is: Happiness is being confidently weird. True? Oh hell yes! 

So my point was to thank everyone who's reading this weird blogger about even weirder team with the weirdest teammates. It's almost November and our preparations are in full swing - routines and apparatus are being changed, new routines are being made, we're thinking about leotards... the world around us is still moving and we can't think only about gymnastics, but I do! :D 

What happened this month? Nothing special - we started with a new agg programme for seniors, but it's not finished yet, we are preparing a new routine with hoops for juniors, doing some changes in ball routine for seniors, practicing new elements, series and combinations... We're pleased with our work for now and we progressed a little bit.

What on the Earth is wrong with this quality? xD
About our Instagram account, we started a new feed with more gymnastics pictures so we tried to do some stunts and some of them didn't work out and we decided for a simple rhythmic gymnastics elements (splits, balances...). 



We were vacuuming both carpets in Friday after training for literally two hours and were exhausted, but now are one-week holidays so there's no problem after all.

My inspiration has flown away and I don't have anything else to write. What can I write about? You have all the informations on this site and also on our Instagram - Team Voranc is also available on Snapchat ;) That's it for today, another boring blog which only proves that our team is boring xD Thanks for reading, means a lot!

31st International Tournament Ljubljana

This weekend Slovenian club for rhythmic gymnastics KRG Narodni dom held the traditional International Tournament ''MTM'' in Ljubljana's Gymnastics center. This year was already the 31st edition of it. Our girls have been attended it for the fourth consecutive year now and it was amazing, as always. Sara and Maja with Polina Shmatko, Lala Kramarenko and Sofia Nikeeva from Russia Since the amazing edition in 2016, when all biggest stars came to compete, we've all been expecting even more amazing gymnasts from all around the world. This year, one of the top gymnasts came to Ljubljana, such as Julia Evchik (Belarus), Alexandra Agiurgiuculese (Italy), Nicol Zelikman (Israel) and Polina Shmatko (Russia) - medalists from the 2016 Junior European Championships in Holon, Natela Bolataeva (Georgia) , Anna Sokolova (Russia), Lala Kramarenko (Russia) and others. Among them, of course, were also excellent Slovenian hopes - Aleksandra Podgoršek, Aja Jerman Buka...

Preparations

Voranc Senior group with Kersnik Junior and Senior group Last weekend, 29.-31.1. were held peraparations for our and another club's team. We spend most of the time in out usual gym and prepare our routines for the new season. It was a lot of fun, we learned many new things and correct some elements in routines, so now we're almost fully prepared for the upcoming competition season. It starts in March, so this mean we have another month till we step on the competition carpet and show the new routines to the audience.  First day was a little harder than we thought it would be. We started at 4 pm and ended at 6 pm, which means only two hours of training, but it was just a beginning. We get through routines with our main coaches and work on details, change some elements. The last 30 minutes we were practicing elements and risks with balls. Then we did some work on our muscles and our usual strenght test - doing squats on  Mobby - Flower .  Voranc and Kersnik team...

AGG World Cup Graz 2018

Our seniors Nina and Maja took part in Aesthetic Group Gymnastics World Cup II as volunteers for a second year in a row. Last year, Padua was great, but this time it was even better. The second stage of World Cup took part in Graz, Austria from the 13th to 15th of April. Volunteering must be our favourite hobby, since we are doing it every month :P It was a great honor to be part of such a big event and as always, we enjoyed every single part of it. We can no longer count how many events we have already attended as volunteers, although not always in large numbers. Congratulations, of course, to the organizers, that they took us in so nicely and offered us a place of volunteers.    Pictures with our favourites!
