Friday's training

Yesterday, we had a training for a hour and a half. Thursdays are very funny and crazy, but we had a lot practice for streching. First of all, we had, as usual, we ranged the feet. After that we did jumps with rope, across the gym.

We had a good strech and later, we did splits every splits two times for 2 minutes. It wasn't usual, that we do this in a row. Only for this training, we convinced our coach, to do it.

Then we went to the wall bars. We worked exercises for flexibility, so sweeps and balances.
We made some withdrawals through the bridge with the help of wall bars.


 And for the end of training, we had some exercises including acrobatics.
